Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Extract/generate timely business performance information for all business and functional areas of TBL in relations to revenue generation and cost management.
• Extract/generate timely business performance information for all business teams in relation to Loans disbursements, deposit mobilization, digital product performance and overall profitability.
• Generate information to support in the Budgeting and strategy formulation.
• Provide regular business performance analysis and competitor performance benchmarking to support decision making for business leaders.
• Support the development of quality assurance mechanisms and maintaining systems and procedures to ensure the integrity of data to satisfy the audits.
• Ensure branch and sales staff productivity through branch performance drive and support to business heads.
• Preparation of ALCO, board paper and daily performance dashboards for MD/CEO consideration.
• Preparation of monthly performance reports.
• Support the RM/Business leaders to ensure proper coding of all accounts in the Bank.
• Organize and train Business leaders on balance sheet efficiency and how they can position to deliver the required profitability.
• Provide support towards economic, market and business intelligence for strategic, tactical and operational decisions.
• Conduct regular rigorous analysis of internal business activities and performance for comparative and benchmarking purposes.
• Provide executive decision-making support to the Head of Finance and business leaders towards delivery of the strategic aspirations for the financial year.
• Cooperate and communicate with staff across departments to explain and assist in the integration of information management and data communication systems.
• Support business managers in preparation of business cases, in particular being responsible for financial modelling and analysis contained therein.
• Develop MIS process improvements for increased efficiency

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Education.

• Minimum of second-class upper degree in relevant business-related discipline (Accounting, Banking and Finance, statistics/mathematics etc.).
• Accounting professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years banking experience in handling large volumes of date, MIS and Finance business partnering.

Knowledge

• Banking business acumen
• Banking products
• Industry Knowledge
• Fair knowledge of regulatory prouncements and financial laws.

Skills/Competencies

• Experience with database and data analysis technology SQL (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL)
• Proficient with Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs.
• Market analysis
• Analytical thinking.
