Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
About the Company
Xclusive Uganda is a group of Horticulture companies consists of 3 companies: Xclusive Young Plants, Xclusive Kalanchoe and Xclusive Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares, and we work together with 550 colleagues.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate quick responses to failure of machineries.
- Plan and organize the department in an efficient and effective way.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Work closely with other departments to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Coaching, evaluating, and developing technical team.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with honours of Mechanical, Civil, Environmental or Electrical Engineering field.
- Experience of 5 years and above in Technical field in a busy setup environment.
- Have strong communication, managing and leadership skills.
- Controlling progress, assertiveness and paying attention to details.
- Computer Literate, and can read blueprints, technical diagrams and proficient in using Microsoft programs.
