Job Summary: Develop and implement strategies to grow client portfolios, ensuring top-notch service and compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Purpose:
Create, implement, and monitor a Corporate Banking strategy focused on client growth and product solutions
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a Corporate Banking Strategic plan.
Facilitate Corporate Banking Sales and Business growth.
Ensure compliance with Audit, Risk, and Control requirements.
Develop and market banking products.
Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Manage performance of direct reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Requirements:
Business Degree and relevant Master’s Degree
CFA is an added advantage.
10 years of experience in senior management. leading major deals and teams.
Key Attributes:
Strategic vision and leadership skills.
Client relationship management.
Financial acumen.
