Job Summary: A Trading Assistant will provide support to the trade team and maintain excellent customer service. The role involves performing assigned tasks independently, able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks, assisting the trade manager and ensuring the overall smooth running of trade operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
- Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Product Knowledge:
- Ensures that the information relayed to customers is not only accurate but also solution-oriented.
Trade Reporting:
- Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required. o Focusing and ensuring transparency and fairness in the market.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in sales and marketing, or any other related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in marketing and sales
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
