Job Title:   Trading Assistant (Fresher Jobs)

Job Summary:   A Trading Assistant will provide support to the trade team and maintain excellent customer service. The role involves performing assigned tasks independently, able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks, assisting the trade manager and ensuring the overall smooth running of trade operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

• Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Product Knowledge:

• Ensures that the information relayed to customers is not only accurate but also solution-oriented.

Trade Reporting:

• Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required. o Focusing and ensuring transparency and fairness in the market.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in sales and marketing, or any other related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years experience in marketing and sales

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Personal Attributes:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
