Job Summary: In partnership with FIIINDIT, our design, web and marketing partner, we are looking for a sales agent with a blend of interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and sales acumen to effectively engage potential clients and close deals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Utilise CRM software to track interactions and manage leads.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of products or services.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, overcoming objections to close sales effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
Reporting: Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management, detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in messaging and service delivery.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Education: A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not always required. Alternatively, self learning tutorials you have used can be shared.
Sales Experience: Proven experience as a sales agent or in a similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, with a customer-oriented approach to service.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools. Or ability to learn.
Initiative: Self-motivated and proactive in seeking new business opportunities.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
Work Environment
Sales agents may work in various settings, including office environments, remote locations, or on-site with clients. The role often involves travel to meet clients or attend industry events and trade shows.
