Job Summary: Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in developing quality management processes, conducting audits, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits and inspections of products and services to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance quality performance
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities
Train employees on quality assurance standards and best practices
Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to quality standards
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Officer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
