Job Summary:   The role of the Property Agent involves client acquisition, relationship management, promotion, and marketing of company services, as well as handling sales negotiations, transaction management, market analysis, and business development. The candidate will work independently, collaborate across departments, and present a professional image.

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management.
• Promotion and Marketing of company services.
• Sales Negotiation and Transaction Management.
• Market Analysis and Business Development.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing & Sales or Business administration. Any other qualifications will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of one year of experience in the real estate market.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent personal presentation skills.
• Good communication skills
