Job Summary:   Are you a skilled and reliable individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Mapenzi Grill and Restaurant is seeking dedicated Individuals for the positions below to join our team!

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A university degree or diploma in any of these studies- business studies, hotel management, accounting, procurement and logistics, or any area of study and experience that’s similar to those mentioned here.

Skills

• Use of point of sale software: Ability to use, or learn to use pos systems ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and entry of transactions in the system, and furthermore manage inventory, process payments, and generate reports.
• Supplier Engagement and Coordination: Highly articulate and adaptable in negotiating and engaging with suppliers to secure optimal deals for kitchen and restaurant supplies. Proven track record of fostering strong supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Event Coordination and Supervision: Adept at coordinating and overseeing operations at external events with minimal notice. Capable of managing logistics, staff, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient execution of events, meeting all operational requirements.
• Ability to maintain professional discipline in order to follow up for both take out and dine ins.
• A valid drivers’ license for motor bikes, and motor vehicles would be an added advantage.

Other Attributes

• Good interpersonal soft skills, good written and spoken language in the English language, or Luganda is an added advantage to command and address all levels of the company, a pleasant personality with empathy, neat dressing and none outlandish physical looks.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments, with a proven ability to quickly address and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintains a keen attention to detail in all aspects of work, from order fulfillment to inventory management. Ensures accuracy and quality in every task, contributing to overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
