Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a loans officer or related role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Good credit analysis skills and strong business acumen
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
