Job Summary: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences? Do you have a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a love for outdoor dining? Arches Gardens, Kampala’s premier garden venue, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee our vibrant F&B team!
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operations of the restaurant, bar, café, and ice-cream parlour.
- Implement food and beverage strategies to increase revenue.
- Lead and train a dynamic team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Innovate menus, promotional offers, and events.
- Maintain budget control and cost efficiency.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in food and beverage supervision (minimum 3 years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Creative approach to food and beverage offerings.
- Knowledge of local and international food trends.
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management is a plus or related field.
