Job Summary: Transport bank staff and documents and ensure proper management of the vehicle allocated in line with bank Vehicle Management Policy
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely conveyance of staff and documents to and from places as instructed by the Supervisor or Management
- Carry out routine checks on vehicle allocated and ensure that it is in sound mechanical condition
- Recognise mechanical faults and immediately report them to the Senior Administration Officer
- Report any instance of mishap or accident immediately to the Supervisor
- Keep a travel log / mileage register to record all areas travelled to and travel time
- Ensure periodic maintenance and routine service is done at an appropriate time as well as fuelling the vehicle
- Ensure that the vehicle is kept perfect and clean all times by washing both the inside and outside of the vehicle
- Adhere to the Vehicle Management Policy at all times
- Ensure that the vehicle is parked immediately after work and at gazetted places 10. Submit a weekly travel log to the line Supervisor
- Any other duties that might be assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- O-level certificate
- Sufficient knowledge of traffic laws
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (At least Class B)
- Certificate in Defensive driving Added advantage
Experience
- 3 years’ driving experience with the capacity to handle both manual and automatic transmission vehicle.
