Exim Bank (Uganda) (EBU), commonly known as Exim Bank, is a commercial bank in Uganda. It is one of the commercial banks licensed by the Bank of Uganda (BOU), the central bank and national banking regulator.
Job Summary: Expand and maintain the bank’s corporate client base, driving profitability through exceptional relationship management and service
Job Purpose: Grow the Bank’s books and maximize profitability by maintaining existing corporate clients and acquiring new clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop new corporate banking clientele
Maintain existing corporate clientele.
Support product development and improvement
Prepare credit proposals.
Ensure compliance with Audit, Control, and regulatory requirements.
Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Maintain high standards of customer service
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Marketing, Banking, or related field.
Five years in relevant financial sector positions.
Strong track record in Sales Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Attributes:
Team player and ability to work under pressure.
Client relationship management.
Financial acumen.
