Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of car sales field agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Monitor team performance through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback and coaching.

Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.

Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss sales strategies, share best practices, and address any challenges.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset financing sales or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
