Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding manufacturers and distributors onto our B2B e-commerce platforms and ensuring they fully understand the benefits and usage of the system.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard manufacturers and distributors onto our B2B e-commerce platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Demonstrate the value and benefits of using our e-commerce platforms for their business.
Provide training and support to ensure smooth onboarding and optimal usage of the platform.
Meet and exceed sales targets and onboarding goals.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the industry.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to improve platform offerings based on client feedback.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and B2B sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the local manufacturing and distribution sector is an added advantage.
