About the Company:
Exim Bank (Uganda) (EBU), commonly known as Exim Bank, is a commercial bank in Uganda. It is one of the commercial banks licensed by the Bank of Uganda (BOU), the central bank and national banking regulator.
Job Summary: Cultivate and maintain Commercial client relationships, promoting the bank’s products and services to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Purpose: Maintain existing commercial clients, promoting the bank’s products and services
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop new Commercial banking clientele.
Maintain existing Commercial clientele.
Ensure compliance with Audit, Risk, and Control requirements.
Provide feedback for product development
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or humanities.
Minimum of 3 years of Banking experience.
Clear understanding of lending operations and practices.
Good knowledge of Bank products.
Key Attributes:
Self-motivated and resilient.
Strong relationship and assertiveness skills
Analytical and attentive to detail.
