Job Summary: VGS is looking for a dedicated and experienced Reservations Specialist. If you are passionate about travel and meet the qualifications below, we would love to hear from you!
IMPORTANT: Candidate will have to give a technical airline reservation test to qualify for other steps. IATA qualification and experience are mandatory to apply.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- IATA Qualification: Mandatory
- Proficiency in Airline Ticketing Systems: Must be efficient and well-versed with industry-standard systems.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Knowledge and Growth: Familiarity with travel packages, visa assistance, and a willingness to learn and expand into other business areas.

- Ability to work under pressure
- Passionate about customer service
- Creativity to navigate through challenging situations
