If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Ark Wellness Hub is looking for a vibrant and skilled Call Centre Agent to join our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Triage and Nurse Advice: Assess caller needs and urgency to provide SRH information, medical advice, and guidance on whether they need to visit a doctor or can manage their care at home.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments with healthcare providers, both at our hub and other facilities. Help patients find convenient appointment times and keep schedules up-to-date.
- Medication Refills: Assist clients with prescription refills by verifying details with their provider and coordinating the refill process.
- General Healthcare Information: Offer valuable information on a variety of SRH and primary health-related topics, including preventive care, disease management, and community healthcare resources.
- After-Hours Support: Provide exceptional support during evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuous care for our patients when other facilities may be closed.

- Advanced Social Media Savvy: Use social media platforms to connect and communicate effectively.

- Degree in Mass communications,
- Public Health or related fields.
- A medical officer who is tech savy.
- Experience or background with SRH organizations/programs even as a Peer Educator!
