Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to trucks and generators.
- Create and maintain regular reports on service operations, customer feedback, and performance metrics
- Plan and coordinate service schedules for technicians.
- Provide real-time verbal translation during meetings, conferences, and phone calls.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Relevant Academic qualifications.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.
- Knowledge of machinery, specifically trucks and generators, is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
