Overall Job Purpose: The Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Strategist at C Care IHK will be a pivotal member of the marketing team, responsible for leading the creative direction of both thematic and tactical campaigns. This role requires a blend of advanced graphic design skills, strategic marketing insight, and leadership abilities to manage and inspire a small team of creatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to create compelling visual content that aligns with C Care IHK’s brand identity and marketing goals.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience leading a team and managing creative projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
