Job Title: Senior Credit Officer/Credit Manager

Job Summary: As the Senior Credit Officer, you’ll report directly to the MD and ensure every credit transaction aligns with company policies. You’ll review and manage credit applications, approve or decline them as per guidelines, and work closely with the CEO on declined applications. Your role will also involve developing strategies to increase business, hitting disbursement and collection targets, and keeping a close eye on payment patterns to prevent indebtedness. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies for all transactions.
- Review and manage credit applications, including communication with sales and customers.
- Approve or decline applications and develop plans to boost business.
- Meet collection and disbursement targets and manage the credit team’s productivity.
