Job Summary: La Fang Eco Resort is seeking to hire a Sales and Digital Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be based in Kampala with frequent travels to its home Dolwe Island, in Namayingo
The successful candidate will play a critical role in promoting the resort’s eco-friendly ethos, driving guest bookings, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Leisure and Hospitality Management or any related field.
- At least three years of proven work experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the hospitality industry.
- Experience with eco-tourism or an environmentally sustainable business is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
- communication and interpersonal skills,
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, Analytical skills, Creative thinking and Negotiation skills.
