Job Title: Quality Controller

Duty Station: Nansana, Wakiso, Uganda
Reports to: Production Manager

Imaana Yisirayeri Company Ltd is a leading producer of high-quality drinks, ricommitted to delivering refreshing and innovative beverages to our valued customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the production process to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality checks and procedures.
- Identify and address any quality issues or deviations from standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field is often required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years working in a beverages company.
Skills:
- Knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Understanding of food safety regulations, such as those set by the FDA. EU, or local authorities.
- Ability to use quality testing tools, software, and equipment effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
