Excel construction Ltd was formed as a joint venture company between Muljibhai Madhvani and company and Gomba Construction Ltd in 1992.

 

Job Summary:   Excel Construction Ltd seeks A PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:   Reporting to the Director – Projects, the incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
  • Execute project management administration.
  • Supervise the project procurement process.
  • Handle administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly.
  • Man-Power management
  • Quality and Value management
  • Coordinating of Material Requirement Schedules
  • Coordinating material requirement schedule, Checking material indent raised from site
  • Coordinating of monthly material reconciliation report for each site
  • Responsible for collection of monthly progress reports and preparation of MIS report for each site.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with at least 15 years of relevant working experience and 10 years or more as a Project Coordinator in a construction company.
  • A professional Certification will be an added advantage. Advanced knowledge in implementation of HSE on site is a MUST.
  • All candidates must have computer knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and Autocad.
