Job Summary: The key purpose of this role is to to safely operate and maintain brewing processes in order to achieve optimal effectiveness in line with our VPO standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Interpret and implement production plan for shift
- Operate manual and automatic machines as per standards
- Monitor production processes on shift and apply the required reaction plans
- Execute ATO activities adequately
- Complete all the required shift documentation including all the Operator work station and team room updates timely
- Contribute to self and team development
- Apply 5S standards and practices in the workplace
- Operate and control the process according to the SOPs
- Manage quality at source
- Do problem solving for deviations from specifications arising during the shift using the 5 WHYs and QFR’s as per triggers
- Contribute towards AB reports as shall be required
- Any other duties as shall be assigned from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Education
- Min: Higher/Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Science.
- BSc in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Chemistry and any other related science courses.
Experience
- At least 1 year working experience preferably in FMCG Industry
