Job Summary: Prudential Uganda is seeking a Manager, Financial planning and Analysis to Lead and transform data into strategic gold and support strategic business decisions through financial expertise.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis:
- Analyzing financial data
- Preparing Reports
- Forecasting financial performance
- Supporting Strategic Decision-making
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- CPA or ACCA credentials.
- Prior experience in financial analysis, or related roles in the Insurance industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
