Job Summary:   We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and persistent Real Estate Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at closing deals, can connect with clients on a personal level, and has the tenacity to follow through until the sale is completed. Your ability to understand client needs, maintain strong relationships, and close sales will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential clients to present and sell our sustainable properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process.
• Utilize your international exposure and experience to understand and cater to the diverse preferences of clients.
• Follow up diligently with clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
• Close sales with a high success rate, meeting or exceeding set targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our properties in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the sales process aligns with our brand’s vision of sustainability.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record of closing deals.
• International travel experience and a broad understanding of global cultures and client preferences.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Persistent, motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for sustainability.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with sustainable development practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
