Job Summary:   We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Recruitment Officer. As a Recruitment officer, you will assist the HR team in finding top-tier talent to maintain and enhance our service excellence.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract candidates from both around and remote areas.
  • Travel frequently to remote locations to conduct outreach, host recruitment events, and engage with potential candidates directly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local communities, police to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct on-site interviews, assessments, and information sessions to evaluate and recruit candidates.
  • Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about regional and local trends, challenges, and opportunities related to recruitment.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role, with a focus on remote or field recruitment being highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in remote and challenging environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to remote locations.
  • Ability to adapt recruitment strategies to meet the unique needs and conditions of remote areas.
  • Experience in the private security sector or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of the specific challenges and opportunities associated with recruiting in remote areas.
