Job Summary: We are seeking highly skilled Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team! If you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships in the FMCG industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow and maintain existing customer relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any related field
- FMCG sales experience (minimum 2 years)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Salary Gross pay: 2,000,000UGX
