Overall Job Purpose: The Digital Marketing Specialist at C Care IHK will be responsible for managing and enhancing the digital presence of all C Care brands. This role involves creating and managing social media pages, developing and implementing digital strategies, conducting SEO, research, and benchmarking, creating trends, shooting and editing videos, performing minimal graphic design, and ensuring the growth of digital properties. The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with digital platforms and AI tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation. This role will work closely with the graphics team to ensure cohesive and visually engaging digital content.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing social media pages and developing digital strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO, content creation, and video editing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, analytics tools, and AI technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
