Job Summary: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and communication? We are seeking a BID & FRONT DESK COORDINATOR to join our team. This dual role is perfect for someone who can manage bid submissions while also providing top-notch front-desk administrative support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: As a Bid & Front Desk Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing bid documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing front desk operations and client inquiries.
- Assist with managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bid management, sales support, or front desk operations
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
