Job Summary: Join Our Team as an Account Manager in Kampala, Uganda! Are you a skilled professional with a deep understanding of IT solutions and a proven track record in sales and business development? We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with our key clients while driving business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: As an Account Manager, you’ll:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions and services
- Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations
- Prepare and present regular sales reports
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems integration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS productivity tools
