About the Company:
Uganda Post Limited, trading as Posta Uganda. UPL is the most extensive provider of postal services in Uganda, having an extensive network of postal delivery outlets down to sub-county level.
Job Summary: Contribute towards a positive customer experience and support operational efficiency by clearing, clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting Mail Handlers in the preparation and sorting of mail for delivery.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties such as filing of office documents, data entry and managing records.
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment that is tidy and welcoming.
- Helping customers by ensuring that their packages are securely wrapped.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, helping them fill out forms, and providing information about postal services and products.
- Organizing incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it is correctly sorted and routed to the appropriate destinations.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to keep the office environment clean and organized.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications
- General education with a minimum of Primary Seven/PLE.
- A valid riding permit with class A is an added advantage
Working Experience
- One year working experience in a similar job with a reputable organization. Competences

- Time management
- Ability to work well with other members of the team
