Job Summary: The Service Advisor will ensure customer satisfaction through effectively identifying/interpreting customer needs and communicating them to the Workshop team to fix them right the first time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate identification of customer needs and accurate repair order preparation.
- Take all steps to address, resolve and follow up all customer complaints in the shortest time possible.
- Update customers on progress of work and notify them of any changes to manage client expectations.
- Carry out post service follow ups to ensure that customers are fully satisfied with services rendered.
- Adhere to the Toyota Service Manual – Fix it right (Kodawari) and safety (Anzen) standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Educational and Experiential requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical engineering
- At least two years of experience in the mobility/automotive industry
Key competencies, skills and personal attributes
- Ability to drive and possessing a valid driving license.
- Good communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Conflict management
- Attention to detail
