Job Title:  Sales Director

About Organisation:

KAMP Group Limited operates an animal feeds milling plant situated in Anaka town, Nwoya district and distribution depots in Kisaasi, Nateete, Matugga and Mukono. It specifically produces broiler feeds (starter, grower, and finisher); layer feeds (starter, grower, and finisher); pig feeds; goat feeds; rabbit feeds; and cattle feeds.

Job Summary:   The Sales Director leads and oversees the sales team, developing strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market reach.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Sales or any other relevant degree from a recognized university. A master’s degree or other animal production and management/veterinary medicine qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing preferably in an agribusiness establishment, exposure to dynamic markets, and a proven track record will be critical.
• Must be a team player comfortable working with targets.
