Job Title: Sales Coordinator

About Organisation:
HNH International Distribution Limited is a distributor of spirits/alcohol, based in Kampala District, Opposite Nakawa Court, specializing in the distribution of high-quality spirits/alcohol in a wide range of areas.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable,
- Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Making the company’s products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration majoring in Marketing
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator
- Good computer skills (MS Office like excel, word)
- Advanced sales and customer service skill
- Skilled in staff optimization and team development
- Should be able to ride a motor cycle.
