Job Summary:   We are looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate Sales Supervisor to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of real estate sales agents.
• Set sales goals and targets, and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance providing feedback and guidance.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Three years of experience in real estate sales.
• One year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Excellent communication, leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
