Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive significant growth through data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve our business goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all performance marketing initiatives.
Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee the creation of ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to ensure high-quality and effective campaign execution.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.
- Track spending and ensure campaigns are executed within budget, while achieving desired ROI.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target segments and optimize ad targeting.
- Utilize customer data and insights to tailor campaigns and improve targeting accuracy.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that align with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing strategies.
- Communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Technology & Tools:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems to enhance campaign performance and reporting.
Optimization & Innovation:
- Continuously seek new opportunities for growth and improvement in performance marketing strategies.
- Experiment with new channels, formats, and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIM).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing; conversant with Google Ads Facebook Blueprint is a plus with a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok & IG and others.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
