Double Q Company Limited is a provider of heavy transport solutions, including trucks and excavators, with an extensive product-related service offering that includes: vehicle financing, insurance, GPS and rental services. Double Q Co. Ltd is the leading and authorized distributor of SINOTRUK and XCMG road equipment, as well as spare parts and accessories for heavy machines and trucks in Uganda. This includes trucks, mobile cranes and excavators, as well as product related service offerings such as: vehicle financing, insurance, GPS and rental services to enable our clients to focus on their core business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of our pick-up trucks effectively.
- Conduct test drives and provide informative vehicle presentations.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in automotive sales, particularly with pick-up trucks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented team player.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Established network of potential customers in the automotive sector.
