Job Summary:   The 10X Program M&E Associate at Outbox is key to tracking program impact. They’ll organize, analyze, and report on data from program activities and partner contributions. Working with the Impact Partner, they’ll create insights, data dashboards, and ensure data protection. Additionally, they’ll train partners on digital program reporting tools

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Associate for the 10X Program at Outbox will play a critical role in ensuring the effective organization, analysis, and reporting of impact datasets resulting from program activities and sub-partners’ contributions. The role involves collaborating closely with the Program Impact Partner to develop insights, data dashboards, and ensure compliance with data protection guidelines. The M&E Associate will also be responsible for training consortium and downstream partners on the use of digital tools designed for program reporting.
