• Lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department
• Hiring, interviewing, and training staff
• Administering pay, benefits, and leave
• Enforcing company policies and practices
• Performance management and succession planning

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A degree in Human Resource management
• Three years of experience in a reputable company or organisation
• Must be computer literate
