Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance appraisals and develop employee growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
• Oversee the entire hiring process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new staff.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The Human Resource Manager must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management related field
• One year of relevant experience
• Should be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
