Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the company administration system and general work flows
- Directly supervise the administrative team and ensure daily office and field tasks are performed and completed satisfactorily.
- Asses staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Monitor and manage both office and field related schedules and deadlines
- Ensure operations adhere to company policies and regulations
- Conduct weekly team meetings and offer guidance on operational challenges.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting from Heads of Departments and Sections.
- Participate in the development, implementation and review of Human Resource plans and policies.
- Coordinate the whole process of recruitment and provide support to the HR process and function
- Talent acquisition, management and staff development
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned (of a similar nature or related and in the interest of the organization).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in HR and administration roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and administrative procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High ethical standards, adaptability, demonstrated leadership, and attention to detail.
