Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a qualified and reliable Finance Manager to oversee financial control, audit, legal and statutory compliances, taxation, and treasury management functions for our client. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial experience in finance operations within industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, retail, banking, or financial consulting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual budgets and conduct monthly variance analysis.
- Optimize costs and manage budgets effectively.
- Develop business cases, perform cash flow modeling, and analysis.
- Prepare financial reports in compliance with IFRS and local requirements.
- Conduct performance analysis and review.
- Oversee accounting and financial transaction data aspects.
- Present financial reports to management.
- Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring process compliance.
- Manage relationships with local commercial banks, development banks, and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with local taxes and employee welfare requirements.
- Handle direct and indirect tax return filings.
- Oversee the finance department and advise management on all financial matters.
- Perform any other duties as may be allocated by management from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- MBA in Finance is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance operations within a private organization, including at least 8 years in a managerial role.
- Relevant experience in Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Retail, Banking, or
- Financial Consulting is essential.
- Experience with ERP financial module implementation in SAP/Oracle is advantageous.
- Proficiency in managing teams of accountants and financial stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience with local banks and the Ministry of Finance are
- Preferred
