About Organisation:
Lugazi Diocese with support from Makerere University Walter Reed project through a system strengthening approach to improve HIV and TB Prevention. care and treatment services is implementing a comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention Care and Treatment program in collaboration with Local Government structures. Faith Based Organizations. Community Based Organizations (CBO) Ministry of Health, Ministry of Gencer Labour and Social Development and other partners in the districts Of Buvuma, Mukono, Buikwe, Luwero and Nakasongola.
Job Summary: The Sub-County Coordinator will provide administrative support for the implementation of the DREAMS project through planning and acquisition of all project resources. equipment and materials required to ensure that the AGM receive a primary package and secondary’ Contexture services that will empower the AGYW lo be Determined. Resilient AIDS-Free, Mentored are Safe. Provide support to ensure that there’s full documentation of program results.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field e.g. public administration, Social sciences
- At least three years of experience in program coordination. management or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of project management principal and tools
- Certification in program management or a related held
- Experience working with local communities and stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with local government structures and operations
