About Organisation:
Lugazi Diocese with support from Makerere University Walter Reed project through a system strengthening approach to improve HIV and TB Prevention, care and treatment services is implementing a comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention Care and Treatment program in collaboration with Local Government structures. Faith Based Organizations. Community Based Organizations (CBO) Ministry of Health, Ministry of Gencer Labour and Social Development and other partners in the districts Of Buvuma, Mukono, Buikwe, Luwero and Nakasongola.
Job Summary: The Data Clerk with play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and efficient data management and reporting within the health facility setting.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Information and Communication Technology Statistics. Medical Records or any other field of study.
- A Degree is of an added advantage.
- Prior experience in data entry.
- Preferably in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatary.
- Familiarity with electronic / medical record systems a plus,
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel 0 HIS2 based systems and other data collect on and reporting tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high- quality work.
- Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines and regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management stria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abates
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Fluency in commonly spoken local languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
