Job Summary: We are seeking skilled professional waiters to join our F&B Service team. Our ideal candidate should be committed to delivering exceptional service
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field as a waiter.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing a positive dining experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays with multiple dishes.
- Ability to remember and accurately recall customer orders.
- Skill in managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Accuracy in taking and delivering orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Efficient use of time to ensure prompt service and timely delivery of orders
- Upselling and recommending menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
