Lotus Consultancy Limited is a fully-fledged professional accounting firm, providing clients accounting with a one-stop-shop for all their business needs like bookkeeping and management accounts preparation, Audit, preparation of financial statements, VAT return & Tax Return, payroll solutions and many more.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within required timeframe
- Build relationships and interact with cheats to provide excellent tax planning, consulting and expertise
- Provide innovative tax planning advice and review of complex income tax assignments. Identify and mitigate all tax risks
- Liaise with accounting staff as a tax professional for the different assignments. Manage tax pontoons and tax compliance Issues
- Improve on processes of developing and implementing tax best practices
- Manage and coordinate tax audits
- Prepare all tax reports as need maybe on a regular basis and handle all tax information as may be required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or Law.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Revenue Administration (PODITRA) or Advanced Diploma in Taxation (ADIT)
Experience:
- Minimum requirement Minimum 7 years of work experience in tax administration
- Management track record of 3 years or more with at least 3 years in relevant sector
- Proven work experience as a Tax Manager
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
- Knowledge of tax software and MS Office
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
- Exceptional client server along with the ability to develop excellent diem relationships
- Strong leadership and personnel management dulls
- Analytical skills with detail orientation
- Should also be a Tax Agent
