Job Summary: Enaf Coffee is seeking a creative and free-spirited Social Media Manager who loves using digital tools to tell stories, create engagement, and build a vibrant online community. This role requires someone who thinks outside the box to develop trending content and excels in communication and teamwork.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging and trending content for our social media platforms.
- Interact with followers, respond to queries on time, and monitor customer reviews.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Personal experience with social media, showcasing creativity and engagement (please include your social media handles with your resume and cover letter).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to develop creative content (text, image, and video).
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for social media management.
- Passion for storytelling and community building.
