Job Summary: We are currently seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee program in ERP Systems. This program is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about technology and eager to kickstart their career in the IT industry.
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training and development to qualify for roles such as system support consultant, systems implementation consultant, system developer, or systems analyst within our organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions and workshops focused on IT systems, software development, and project management.
- Rotate through different departments or project teams to gain exposure to various aspects of system implementation, development, support, and analysis.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to execute client projects and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and designing effective solutions.
- Conduct research and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and present findings.
Training Objectives:
Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee program, candidates will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to qualify for roles such as:
- System Support Consultant
- Systems Implementation Consultant
- System Developer
- Systems Analyst
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business Computing, Actuarial Science, Business related Courses (CPA, etc.), or Engineering with an IT bias.
- Age Bracket Target: Applicants must be below 25 years of age.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or potential to lead and inspire teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Reliable and able to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in delivering engaging presentations to various audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
