Job Summary: The Impact Analyst Intern will play a significant role in supporting our activities focused on access to finance for social entrepreneurs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Products & Services: Collaborate with the Relevant Team to create and refine products and services that help social entrepreneurs in underserved markets secure the right kind of capital to grow their ventures.
- Prepare Startups for Investment Readiness: Take part in conducting financial and business planning coaching for social entrepreneurs, enhancing their investment readiness and enabling them to attract necessary funding.
- Facilitate Business Development Activities: Provide ongoing process support, assisting our team with providing business development support for our beneficiary’s long-term success.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Effective Communicator: Exemplary communicator with proficiency in written and spoken English, ensuring punctual exchange within a diverse team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: intermediate to advanced level
- Growth-Oriented: A strong desire to learn and gain experience in the field of impact investment and financial innovation, with interest in methods such as Lean Startups and Design Thinking
- Problem-Solver: A hands-on mentality with the ability to join our brainstorming on solutions in the context of impact finance.
We’d be especially thrilled if you:
- Have Startup Experience: Previous working experience in startup related context is a plus.
- Have Interviewing Skills: Some experience in conducting qualitative interviews through exploratory methods is a plus.
